The mission of African Methodist Episcopal Church is to minister to the social, spiritual, and physical development of all people; to seek out and save the lost, and to serve the needy. 

The vision of Bethel AME Church is to create a community of authentic believers and to witness a city transformed by the life changing reality of the gospel, as people come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
